ACP is pleased to announce that registration is open for our upcoming 2025 AGM. Register now here.
The AGM will be held online June 16–18, 2025, between approximately 11:30 am and 3:05 pm EDT daily. Meeting sessions will take place via Zoom. All staff of ACP member firms and affiliate organizations are welcome to participate; please register accordingly.
Please register no later than 5:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, for the June 16–18 AGM.
If you have any questions, or if you are a voting member and would like to designate a proxy vote, please contact Ishta Mercurio, Membership Services Manager, at ishta_mercurio@canbook.org.
Members in good standing (i.e., 2024 membership dues paid in full) are eligible to vote and will be asked to identify one voting delegate for the meeting during their registration. While ACP sessions can be accessed by phone or mobile, members are encouraged to access the meeting platform on a computer if possible. A tip sheet with instructions about how discussion and voting is managed during online ACP meetings will be included as part of the AGM package.
See below the date and times for the sessions. The full agenda is available here.
Updates to our agenda will be made periodically over the coming weeks. If you would like to receive notice for when the program is updated and are not yet on ACP’s general membership mailing list, please contact ACP staff to be included in future membership email updates.
While motions on the floor will be received during the plenary, written resolutions and any supporting material should, if at all possible, be submitted to Executive Director Jack Illingworth by June 2, 2025. Due to the limitations of online meetings and limited meeting time, this advance notice allows members time to consider resolutions being brought forward for voting and share questions in advance as needed.
Members who are unable to join the online meeting may appoint a proxy voter for their firm. Please email Ishta Mercurio appoint your proxy.
The meeting delegate kit, including our Annual Report Book and a list of resolutions for voting, will be distributed by email to all members and linked in our Member Portal the week before the plenary.
For any questions related to our upcoming Annual General Meeting, please contact Membership Services Manager, Ishta Mercurio or Executive Director, Jack Illingworth. We look forward to seeing you online in June!
