ACP Presents: Succession Planning, with Miriam Warren & Keith Riegert

Presented jointly by Miriam Warren of The Fisher Company and Keith Riegert of Ulysses Press, this session will give an overview of the basics of succession planning, from why it’s important to the different paths that succession planning can take. There will be a live Q&A at the end of the presentation, though we encourage you to send in any questions you may have in advance to better ensure that your question gets addressed during the session.

About Our Presenters:

Miriam Warren, a Director of the Fisher Company, brings experience in academic, association, and trade publishing with extensive knowledge of print production, editing, design, operations and distribution at for-profit and mission-based houses.

Miriam has a comprehensive knowledge of the client’s specific needs, from acquisition and through to print and ebook production. Her experience includes budget creation, scheduling, design, editing, workflow analysis, data management, inventory management, and distribution.

This session is open to all ACP members and their staff, and to the staff of our affiliate organizations.
