The AGM will be held online June 16–18, 2025, between approximately 11:30 am and 3:05 pm EDT daily. Meeting sessions will take place via Zoom. All staff of ACP member firms and affiliate organizations are welcome to participate; please register accordingly.

- AGM Day 1: Monday, June 16, 2025, 11:30 am–3:05 pm EDT. Including an opening keynote on publishing’s role in Democracy, concurrent sessions on maximizing ebook sales on Kobo and doing meaningful business in Europe, and a preliminary summary of our recent study on the uses of AI in publishing.
- AGM Day 2: Tuesday, June 17, 2025, 11:30 am–3:05 pm EDT. Including a session on maximizing ebook sales on iBooks, concurrent sessions on the state of social media and succession, and updates from the CCA, CBF, and eBOUND.
- AGM Day 3: Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 11:30 am–3:05 pm EDT. Including updates on ACP government relations and a plenary session.
