2017 Annual General Meeting

Registration is NOW OPEN for the 2017 ACP AGM, which will be held June 5-7, 2017, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Toronto.  The AGM will kick-off the afternoon of Sunday, June 4, 2017, at the ballpark, with Jays tickets sponsored by Marquis Book Printing.

Tour of Toronto Independent Bookstores

An initiative of the ACP’s indie bookselling task force, this tour will provide an opportunity to visit several of Toronto’s finest independents over the course of an afternoon. Details will be confirmed depending on levels of participation; please note your interest on the registration form. 

Registration type and special rates
Pricing for the AGM is based upon a firm's net book sales in 2016. In the absence of travel funding through the Department of Canadian Heritage, ACP is introducing a levy of $150 per firm on registration fees. The pricing structure for 2017 ACP AGM is as follows:

Payment options
You may pay for your registration online using Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to send us a cheque, select “Pay by invoice” under the “Payment method” option on the registration form.

Travel subsidy
As a result of changes to the Canada Book Fund programs, travel is no longer eligible for government funding. A task force was struck following the 2015 AGM to develop a plan to support member travel to ACP meetings. Following the recommendations by task force, in order to develop a travel subsidy fund, ACP introduced a levy of $150 per firm on meeting registration fees. The ACP will continue to offer subsidy to members who participate in two of three conference days. Travel subsidies will initially be limited to one per member firm. Please ensure you read and understand the terms of the subsidy before registering. Download the terms of the subsidy.
